Where has 2021 gone? It’s somehow already the end of the year.
With only a few weeks left in the year, it’s time to start focusing on finding ways to end the year on a high note and get some momentum going as you go into 2022. There's no better way to do it than going on a well-deserved holiday. All our artisans and manufacturers that bring comfort and style to your home couldn't agree more.
Our orders for 2021 delivery are closing soon. Order cut-off dates range from 24 October to 8 December for delivery by mid-December.
To avoid the disappointment of having to wait until early in the new year for delivery, it's best to place your order as soon as possible with us. Towards year-end, our workshops deal with a higher volume of incoming orders and requests. Although they are working extremely hard to complete all orders, this does mean that production lead times are generally a week or two longer. Products that usually have a lead-time of 4 weeks might very well take 6 weeks now.
To plan ahead for delivery before mid-December, order before the below dates:
All steel beds and steel cots - 14 November
All steel bedside and media lockers - 8 December
All other furniture - 24 October (with a few exemptions that can be made until last ordering date of 7 November, depending on items ordered)
Mirrors - 7 November
Other décor - 14 November
Children's furniture - 10 November
Lighting and pendants - 21 November
Bedding sets - 28 November
Art prints, most baskets, rugs, blankets or scatter cushions - 8 December
Orders received after these dates can be delivered in the new year. Best to ask us first before placing your order.
Our support staff office is closed from 16 December until 12 January. Orders can still be placed though our online store during this period but will only be added to production queues in January for delivery during January / February 2022.
