Design Store introduces an exclusive designer range of steel beds - available from Single through to King. Expertly crafted of sturdy and strong powder-coated mild steel with simple curves.
The Hannah-style steel bed comes with an 80 cm high headboard and low foot end. All the beds use standard mattress sizes and standard lengths of 188 cm. Extra length to fit a 200 cm mattress is available.
The beds are delivered in three separate pieces (headboard, foot-end, and bed base) and are super easy to assemble.
We supply all our single 91 cm wide beds with steel mesh and our three-quarter 107cm wide beds with steel bars. All double 137cm bed bases and bigger come standard with a steel frame and plywood board base.
All the King or extra-length beds come standard with an additional 5th leg in the center of the bed base for added support.
The base height from the floor to the top of the base is 37 cm and the space between the floor and base is 32 cm.
Note that the difference from base to top of the headboard is 43 cm.
The bed can hold up to 250 kgs.
Note we encourage all customers that live coastal, to add on the optional extra zinc exterior powder primer to your order. This zinc primer works as an anti-rust inhibitor layer.
